Ouch! That's some serious "DC Offset"! What are you recording? What equipment is in the audio signal path?

To fix it, ideally it should be fixed at the source (ie. have fixed, or replace the offending piece of kit). There may also be a DC Offset Removal tool in your plug-in arsenal.

Definitely a must to get sorted, aside from robbing you headroom, it also makes any edit you make result in a nasty pop or click at the edit point.
