Man this looks so cool. I got an MC202 sitting here, but the osciallators don't work. I've tested everything else; LFO, filters, sequencer and they all work fine (the filter self oscillates so I could test with audio), but nothing from the oscillators. I've talked to a guy who fixes this sort of thing, and he said Roland is a nightmare trying to get workshop manuals and shit, so its not worth the hassel/expense. Anyone know anything about this? Or where I could look into getting it fixed for a reasonable price?

the guy you talked to doesn't know a lot about fixing roland gear.

Roland is the EASIEST place to buy service manuals for in Australia.... even now.
But I've be really surprised if you couldn't just grab the service manual online these days anyway.

mc-202 uses a CEM3340... no osc waveforms means the 3340 has probably died, and therefore you probably need a new one. they're gettable, but a bit rare now. $100-ish for the part? been a while since I had to buy one.
