Previously hosted in the Files section of the MC505 yahoo group, here's a colourful li'l tutorial a mate and I compiled while replacing a couple of faulty LCDs in a couple of MC-505s several years back.

Worth viewing just to see our ugly mugs!

Hello. What are the specifications for the replacement LCD for the Roland MC 505? Is there a part number I should look for or do you possibly have any suggestions? Please help me out... ;)

I've got a great fix for the MC-505 and JX-305 LCd problem.

Its cheaper and cooler than a replacement from Roland.

Hi all,

I've just been notified that attachments from the old server don't appear to be showing up in this week's v3.0 SoundPunk update. I've located the file on my hard drive, just working on getting it re-attached. Apologies for the delay.
