i'm moving to the UK to live in a few months so i was thinking of selling off everything else and getting one as my portable 'travel synth'... looks good for gigging as well (desktop model of course).

Hey, what's the Aussie price on these things? Just realised the desktop version goes for *under* a grand in the States. That's really great value (and very unlike Waldorf), especially for such a comprehensive synth engine. Beats a Virus/Nord for similar price 2nd hand.

Yeah, I'm rating this thing a lot. Love to have a play...

yeah it was $799 US for ages, then it went up to $899 last week... now our dollar is weaker as well...

should have got it earlier  :'(

just demo'ed it today at intermusic - AWESOME! very impressed. sounds amazing, makes some really wacked out space sounds..

Almost bought it on the spot but talked myself out of it... i'm sure i'll end up getting it soon though..
