Hola, so I recently splashed out on my little black beauty here, a x0xb0x. It sounds divine but even with built in MIDI and a bunch of other cool stuff, I really want the extra features of SokkOS which I have downloaded. Just makes the sequencer a lot better and more fun to use live. Problem is you need to be a total nerd to install it. I'm scared off already. I was fine till I plugged in the USB cable and then I had to do something with Java so I gave up without even trying ;)

PS I should mention I wouldn't be so scared if it wasn't this fucking piece of shit Apple. No good 2.5k Logic Dongle. Windows it's pretty easy to figure this stuff out but I got no idea.

PPS here's a picture of me with my new baby with a pose I borrow from my favourite persian ;)

Actually my curiosity has got the better of me. This Java business seems like a bit of a challenge. The instructions are all there. I just don't know why they didn't do it via MIDI..?

Yeah well turns out the instruction were for early version of OS X anyway. I'll have to find a windows box to use and abuse.
