Ive previously been making music in FL, but now am getting a grip on ableton and finding it alot better.. However, theres a track i wrote in FL, well its not complete but on its way. and im thinking id like to finish it in ableton.
Is there a way of maybe saving all the scores that ive written in FL and being able to import them in Ableton? my vsts arent a problem cos ive saved the patches, but my drum loops are something id like to transfer over, without having to sit down and re write them all one by one in ableton?
Is this what rewire offers?

yeah you could do it via rewire - but i would suggest midi as well - fl has a macro that prepares everything to export midi - so I think basically it converts everything to a midi track... you would probably want to do the save new version thing before doing it though - because i haven't used an therefore not sure exactly what it does.

Easiest way to do it is via MIDI.
Just preepare the track for export via the Macros in the options area (remember to save a new version before doing any of this BTW)
and then render a midi file, next all you need to do is create a folder and export all your data files (your samples basically) so you have everything you've used in FL consolidated and then it just a matter of putting it all back together in ableotn
