Heya guys, I've got a Roland JX-3P synth with the PG200 synth controller (teh bit wiv teh nobs) sitting here, got a couple of non functioning keys but ill fix those up. Its a pretty fun piece of kit and im not sure how I came into possesion of it either (hence costing me nothing to own), so Im a tad reluctant to sell it. BUT, I dont really know what its worth! Had a look on ebay, there were a couple around, with quite different pricing and WITHOUT the controller.

Anyone know loosely what it might be worth as a package? If its not worth a whole heap, ill keep it. However, if its worth a decent amount I may consider offloading it...

PICS for those who may not know the model:

Ive had one before without the pg200. Some people like em, I have no need as I have a JX10 with a pg800. You'll def get more bucks with the controller. Some people seperate them and sell them individual. Don't know how that goes for them though. Does the midi/trigs/sequencer work ok??? Has it had any internal midi mods?

Good luck.

i got one of these - i've managed to get lush detroit stabs, acid basslines and more out of it - very analog. one thing to bear in mind is that when you're using it via midi, the PG200 ceases to change the function parameters - unless anyone has a workaround (i've never found one)
