IMO... see if you can get a KS4/KS5 or K-Station. These synths have essentially the same synth engine as the Xio (without the gator thing) but they have a vocoder and more knobs. If you can't find one of these older synths, an X-Station is still better than a Xio.

x-station is more expensive then the xio, thats the main reason why im looking at an xio.. i could maybe chip in for the rest and get an x station, but i think the relos are going to go and buy it for me so i dont want to say to them, heres $500 from me, use this ontop of your money and get me something better lol

Its a great little synth. I would be real sad to see it go.
I have been using it a lot lately, there are lots of soundsets out there for it and its really easy to get around.
When i bought mine i had to return it twice for faulty touch pads. The one i have is as new.
I dont like selling any part of my gear, however increasing interest rates and dumbass things i did when i was younger are catching up with me. Shit i am even considering selling my Supernova II... :'(

ok then, so you give it your tick of approval then jay?
i have to get down to dj warehouse and see if i can have a closer look at it and see if they;ll let me hear some of its sounds.. ive never used a hardware synth before, so it will be my first..

Sorry Jay, which synth have you got: xio or xstation? I've gotten confused...
And doesn't Jester have all dibs on the S'Nova?

I have the Xio.
At this point if i decide to sell the S'Nova it will go to the highest bidder... Its not something that i want to sell but it would help a few things out.
P.s. I have a price for you on the filter. Apologies for the delay but there have been a few issues preventing getting it until now... I will PM laters.

so i went down to djwarehouse and had a play around and spoke to one of the guys there about different things.. i played on the xio and i must say i quite like it.. i only had headphones on but some of the patches were right up my alley i think and with some tweaking i know i could get good use out of it!!
and for the price, alongside me using it as a controller aswell its really good i think!!
he con'd be into considering buying a remote zero to go alongside it for controlling, but i dont know if im going to do that.. i think the xio has enough knobs for me to control what i need to control
