but, its very very similar to what stylus rmx does with edit groups/chaos designer.

you can do more with stylus quicker imo (the auto select slice on backbeats etc), but the fold/unfold of the individual channels is  handy and i hate the real estate problems you get with stylus and lots of tracks. I dunno tho, I've spent a lot of time really getting to know the ins and outs of stylus so ill probably stick with that for drums for now.

i can see this being very handy tho, being able to drag back to an audio file is pretty gangster, but it's not often i find myself needing that sort of thing, just working from midi. hmmm :chinstroke:

I still haven't figured out how to duplicate a cell in the drum rack. I chopped up some vocals and the slices were all out of wack, i need a few more copies to get them sliced how I wanted but for some reason I couldn't figure out how to copy/paste cells.

im digging the new feature, its alot better than manual slicing in the session view and dropping the blocks into an impulse
