Yay for $500 or less s/h.
Yay anyway if it's a newie. Good enough for Trentemoller - good enough for the rest of us.

I once rented one for a month, its a fun little synth, but I wouldn't pay 500 for it, definitely not. $250-300 maybe.
Save up for a Little Phatty.

Little Phatty is a total rip dude. If you wanna dump that kind of cash on a crippleware interface then that's your call - but for anyone looking for either something far more sonically diverse without blowing their load on a mid-feature not-quite-there synth the microkorg is gold.
Little Phatty! What a waste of more than half the price of a real Voyager. Not to say it's not a good synth, but it's there to milk the middle ground and cash in on unconvinced buyers.

Good point. And not a bad idea to stick a AUD in front of those random numbers to assist our international members/visitors (and my anal retentiveness :-[ ).
BTW, AGZ is Canadian from Ontario, Canadia.

The secondhand prices for them are ridiculous. And you know the only reason is because of that promo shot of Trentemoeller hugging his - all the cool kids wanna be like him ;D

yea under $500 for sure ... they're fun , but still pretty "toyish" , and the sounds you'll get out of it you will of heard 100 times before ... but still a great toy for filling up a live set ... Dont expect to play anything amazing though .. those bloody keys !
I saw one sell for $300 on eBay not to long ago ..

Good enough for Legowelts live act? and he has every vintage synth under the sun.
this guy is a genius though. have not heard about reliability issues.

but they sampled all their classic synths into the rs7000
im still sticking up for the micron, i think it is much better for the money
engine is tighter, more oscs, fm and routing capabilities
microkorg was okay, i shouldnt get so snooty about it. i played on the one in my old house for hours and hours, but i guess my synthesis at that stage was pretty piss poor. i only got 1 or 2 sounds from it that seems unique and worthy all the rest seemed like a trance riff or bassline.
