Hey guys I don't normally live in here  :o but maybe some of you could help resolve something quite unclear for me as a non-Cubase user.

Some users say that under OSX Cubase has never been as stable regarding timing, crashing, and general performance compared with OS9 and with the PC counterpart. Yet many people still seem to use it on Mac, I know all our Macs at school are loaded with Cubase SL and they seem to run fine.

Overall I've heard the mantra "Cubase for PC and Logic for Mac" and that Cubase PC eats Cubase Mac for dust regards performance and stability.

So what gives? Is it solid or is it a bit flaky? Any experiences? Quench my curiosity please!

I reakon it's another of those absolutism furphys that get around with the mac/pc divide. Like the 'Tools is so much better on a Mac idea. The whole argument's pretty reduntant - even allowig for OS updates that shatter stability.
