I have a desktop evolver, and to be honest I'm still learning to use/program it. Sonically hectic, I totally love it, and it's a keeper. Just does shit none of my other kit can do and sounds awesome :(

Sounds like the rmx1 is sending ok but ableton needs some sort of internal config for whatever your trying to trigger or control. I don't know shit about abletom either.

p.s I've seen those rmx1's make cool hardware sequencers....16 ch's :(

I fixed a mates 1210, with similar symptoms to yours. Ended up being an easy 22c fuse from Jaycar. Hardest part is the 400000 screws to take the bottom off.

Check your latency settings for whatever sound card you have. Sounds like you need to back it off a little.
